…aaaand that’s both a bit sad, but also super fun.
I am working on several projects simultaneously. Norwegian comic book author (one of the finest) Kim Holm, amongst others, hired me to create all his four web sites, which is an honor.
A big company hired me, and my friend and colleague, Pivi, to make a couple of illustrations and a tiny site with some jQuery and php, aaaaand some 3D and flash stuff. I think we’re a pretty good team…considering going all design company together.
Still…I wish I could take a week off…which I probably will do when the biggest project is finished. Deadline is mid of August…so… hang in there, …me.
My dear friend Laetitia Le Chatton is at it again. She was painting Bryggen last year, and this summer she already painted the new Tramway of Bergen, Norway. The painting is called “Byparken”:

Laetitia has evovled her own style since last year. The new style is supah cool. She combines present and past of each place she’s painting and makes us see the history and background story of the city in her paintings.
“Byparken” is sold already, but don’t be afraid, more paintings are coming! At the moment Laetitia is painting the Blue Stone of Bergen with a special twist.
So here’s a little shout out for her:
Laetitia is also available to paint by request, so if you want to contact her you can either visit her at Blue Stone, or, if you’re not in Bergen you can send her an e-mail: laetitia.lechatton [AT] gmail [DOT] com, find her on Facebook: “Le Chatton Laetitia” or, get in contact with photographer Arne Halvorsen, who is working on a little collab project with Laetitia.
Look what I found in my mail box today:

Not only did Lesley send me the print that I ordered from her Etsy account, but she threw in these lovely illustrations, a bookmark and stickers as well:

Sooooooooooo awesome!
The wonderful Matt Williams, aka @uberkraaft and the talented Lesley Barnes, aka @lesleybarnes have started the Flickr group “Colonel Windpipes Musical Brigade” and they’ve invited me to join.
As it turns out, my illustration was chosen to be featured in Digital Arts. I’m so happy about this that I can’t even put it in words…only in facial expressions and sounds.
Furthermore I’m working on a super cool project together with the awesome Angela Shetler, aka @ashetler. Links will be posted as soon as we’re done with the project.
Luv from the Norway Land.
Here is Hans the Fox on Accordion (Larger version of the illustration here).

…is rolling. Finally found a writer. Woo-hoo!
